Clinical Nurse Specialist - Palliative Care

As part of the Clinical Coordination team, you thrive on delivering online telehealth, giving palliative advice and support to the HWA Community Palliative Care Team, patients, whanau, GP and Residential care providers. At Hospice West Auckland, we are helping people in the community to be He rā hōu, he oranga ngākau - living every moment. Working Monday to Friday 9.30am - 6.00pm.
You will be helping us to extend our support to people and their whanau through the consistent delivery of comprehensive, compassionate, and responsive community specialist palliative care.

You will bring
Energy, drive and passion to deliver Community Palliative Care differently into the West Auckland communities. You'll be keen to develop as a professional in palliative care to further you're your role as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Palliative Care.
You will hold a Current New Zealand Nursing Practicing Certificate, have high computer literacy and comfortable working online providing telehealth via different technology mediums.
As a curious, flexible individual, you will enjoy actively being involved to improve services and are open to exploring innovative ways that drive the best outcomes for our people and communities.
